Great customer service!
RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL – Their employees are unprofessional, insensitive, and impolite. I am physically handicapped, but this does no mean that I don’t like to shoot, or cannot shoot. When I went there to buy my gun I talked to three people, before someone would help me. I get pointed at by little kids all the time. It doesn’t bother me. But to get that from adults is incomprehensible. Especially, some where I’m going to spend a great deal of money. I wont be back.
Good Selection and Prices, less than great service. – In this day and age good customer service is the only thing that distinguishes one store from another. Sports World is a very nice store with a good selection and good prices. They compete favorably with other Tulsa stores that sell firearms. I have been in the store several times and spoken to different people each time. Out of six or seven visits only during one or two did I feel like they really wanted my business.
