Steam room: "be back shortly" 6 months later... No steam room Half the machines don't work And the staff is either perverted (Chris) or rude. I regret my membership
It's good gym. A bit pricey so it's not right for the steam room to not be fixed for this long.
I am so lucky to work with such great individuals. All the trainers all my staff at Sports West Athletic Club and Spa of the West are wonderful hard-working caring people. Great job all of you!������
Love working here! Such a good community of people ! Pool just recently done, new bikes, amazing stretching machines, all kinds of different classes ! Definitely check it out!!
This is a great gym! I don't think there is a better gym anywhere. The leadership is second to none. The staff works so hard keeping the facilities super clean. Always a smile coming in and always a smile going out. The prices are very reasonable. This is a great place!
Great facility, was in Reno for two months for work and this place was the highlight. Great pool, raquetball, top flight equipment, and very cool staff. Open 24 hrs was great and the place was very clean despite the heavy volume of customers. Plus the post workout shakes!!
