Erica is the best! I was hesitant at first with needles and being able to relax. But Erica makes it so enjoyable and relaxing! She is very thorough and really listens to what your body needs. I came here postpartum for hip and shoulder help and I can say confidently that acupuncture has helped with the pain and issue at point. I recommend seeing Erica!

I initially scheduled with Erica for acupuncture to address physical pain, but through working with her, I realized how much stress was contributing to my discomfort. I had been having some really intense tightness in my lower back and hips. Have done all kinds of stretching and couldn’t get much relief. A friend mentioned I should try acupuncture and recommended I go see Erica. I’m usually a little scared when it comes to needles but I almost couldn’t even tell she put them in. She was incredibly skilled and I got a huge release of tension from my lower back and hips. Will certainly be coming back frequently!

My favorite acupuncturist!! Erica is awesome and really understands athletes!! I suffer from a rock climbing injury and she was super personable and down to earth. She worked with my on my various injuries and worked with my schedule! She’s great! Couldn’t recommend anyone higher.
