Knowledge of Matt about body and movement and symptoms is wonderful. His exercises are effective and challenging. Explanations and videos are most helpful.
Matt Penney at Sports Rehabilitation Unlimited did a great job diagnosing by shoulder problem. He gave me some useful and manageable exercises that improved my range of motion and reduced the pain. I continue to do the exercises to get better and better every week. As a coach, I know many of my athletes who have gone to Matt and were back to competition and 100% health in no time. I would recommend Sports Rehab Unlimited to anyone.

Helpful and pleasant from the reception area to the therapy area. Matt and his staff have been outstanding in not only getting my shoulder back to normal after surgery but correcting other issues in order to align the rest of my body to relieve me of pain and stress on my back.
