Top notch sports facility! Their afternoon Speed & Agility program for 11-15 year-olds has done a great job for us focusing on running form and technique, in addition to agility skills and overall top speed. Very large turf field that is really nice--none of that "turf carpet" stuff you see most places. Pretty sure groups/teams can use the field for a fee. Staff are helpful. Bathrooms are clean and smell nice.
This complex has a huge indoor field marked for football and soccer. The green is cushioned with rubber I think under the astroturf. There is some seating available for moms which is protected by netting. Staff is friendly. We were there for preschool football. They play for an hour including warmups but no real score is kept (yet?). This was one of the first “games” or practices our group has done.
