Mike Leitza is extremely knowledgeable and takes exceptional care of his patients. I have been his patient for two different injuries and he treats you like family. He takes initiative to listen to your issues and concerns. I highly recommend this facility for your therapy needs. The facility is clean and and staff is very friendly.
I would absolutely recommend Fox Lake Sports Physical Therapy! The staff is amazing! From Carla at the front desk to both Jason and Mike (PT’s). The facility is brand new and super clean. They have super flexible hours too! Highly recommend!
Just went back to my orthopedic for a recheck on my ankle injury. He was impressed by my range of motion and when he looked to see who my therapist was he said, “Oh Mike Leitza, you picked a good one!” Indeed I did and would recommend him and his staff to anyone needing PT!
