Love these guys! Love their attentiveness and especially their attitude. I get more out of one of these sessions than I ever did via numerous visits to the PTs that I get through work. Of course, the work insurance paid for those other PTs, but I got no benefit out of it. Chris/Steph are worth every penny.
Mr. Garcia has helped me stay healthy through out my fitness journey in Crossfit. I have come to him broken many times thinking it is all over for me and then he gets in there like a trained technician getting me back up and running like a well oiled machine. He has never once told me to stop training. I would not see anyone else or recommend anyone else for physical therapy. Chris Garcia and his staff are the bomb!!! Thank you!
Chris is amazing and so knowledgeable. I'm glad I came here, it has helped me so much on my way back to recovery and running. I can't say enough good things about this place. This is the only place I would recommend.
Chris does, in a few sessions, what other physical therapy resources take 10 or more (or can't even accomplish). There's a reason that top athletes, Olympians, and those who are serious about fitness trust him. I trust him to the point that I've sent my 78-year old mother to him, my sister, and recommend him to anyone who needs to get better, stay better, or move better.
