The review is based on my experience while trying to make an appointment on 01/19/2021 at 10.35am 1) The lady on the phone did not tell me ahead of time that they only offer telemetry appointments, thus wasted time 2) Did not ask about the time that I would like to have my appointment. She simply said "He will call you at 11.00am and it is going to be a telemetry appointment" 3) Did not seem to care to explain or to provide quality customer care. I went to Mount Ida college from 2008 - 2012. I played football all 4 years as running back. I torn my ACL my junior season I felt like my knee will never be the same. Dr. Mitchell reconstructed my right ACL and I finish my senior year strong with no pain or no problems with it. My surgery was 9 years ago and I still don’t have a problem with my right knee.

I had a full Knee replacement in 2015 I had such a great experience he was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. He did a wonderful job on my knee. I am still going strong. I would highly recommend him for your surgical needs. A +++++ Great Doctor!!

TKR on 6/27/2018. Excellent job. Am progressing very well with PT. Knee already at 110 flexion and able to walk up and down stairs. Have several f/u calls from Dr. Mitchell monitoring progress. Dr. Mitchell is a very skilled orthopedic surgeon who demonstrates professionalism and compassion at all times. He previously repaired my torn rotator cuff and it has performed perfectly for over ten years. I recommend him highly.
