My wife’s doctor and surgeon. Dr. Vergara was great and always has been. Very attentive and knowledgeable and has helped her more than we could have asked for. After surgery everything went well with exception to our post op nurse JENNIFER TAYLOR. Every response was “it’s okay” ,” it’s fine”, or “there’s no problem”. I *strongly* caution you with respect to Sports Medicine at Uhealth. Your surgery might get canceled for no valid reason while you are in hospital gown at PreOp. Doing the Anesthesia phone screen one week ahead is not sufficient. If you miss wages/work no one will care or take responsibility! Need the surgery soon? Sorry - wait another month. DR JENNY B WAS THE BEST , EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN HUMAN TERMS . AND HER ASSISTANT REESE WAS COOL AND SMART. THEY BOTH MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE.
Es feo tener que hacer esto, pero honestamente cualquiera se indigna cuando llegas a tu cita, y solo por estar en el valet o lobby se pasan 7min de ella y justo por eso no te puedan atender; es un muy mal trabajo, ni siquiera esperar los 15min establecidos antes de pasar a la siguiente persona. My experience was amazing at the sports institute. From the moment I arrived, there were people making sure I knew where to go and how to check in. Everyone from the reception to the x ray technicians were extremely kind and professional. I saw Dr. Berezenskaya and she was very warm and thorough. I can’t recommend this place enough!
