I really appreciate the care that Dr Strauss provides. He has been extremely patient with me and my wrist problems! His nurse Ms Susan is very kind as well and always answers my questions! I did physical therapy as well and Blair is absolutely incredible! I appreciate y’all!
It’s been a while since someone made me feel this small and worthless. Despite having amazing insurance. They wanted $360 for physical therapy, and apparently they bill “as a hospital”. Something left out when I made my appointment in person. They said they called me. I don’t see a call and certainly don’t see a voicemail informing me.
