I was waiting 90 min in an empty exam room before kindly asking the nurse about an estimate on the wait time, at which point I was told that the doctor actually left hours ago and I might be better off rescheduling since it’s only the doctors PA and a whole office full of patients . The staff and PA are nice. However, Dr Gloan is rude, bossy, he skipped step when doing injections. He jumped in people moth when they were exchanging conversations with their family.
