We've been going to Dr. Veltri for years now and always have great service, and get healed up and on our way.
Incompetent personnel and inefficient office. Dr. Marchetti is new and inexperienced. He is fine for very basic things like an ankle sprain, but nothing more complex. The office operations have numerous problems. Medical notes take 10-14 days to transcribe, so if you need an insurance pre-cert, you will waste 2 weeks waiting for their office to produce the doctor's notes for your insurance. When I requested medical records I was told repeatedly they legally have 30 days but they try to get them ready in 2 weeks. I don't unde... read more
