We've been going to Dr. Veltri for years now and always have great service, and get healed up and on our way.
Incompetent personnel and inefficient office. Dr. Marchetti is new and inexperienced. He is fine for very basic things like an ankle sprain, but nothing more complex. The office operations have numerous problems. Medical notes take 10-14 days to transcribe, so if you need an insurance pre-cert, you will waste 2 weeks waiting for their office to produce the doctor's notes for your insurance. When I requested medical records I was told repeatedly they legally have 30 days but they try to get them ready in 2 weeks. I don't unde... read more
Terrible Service , seems like the employees are stressed and drama oriented. Everyone has in attitude, you hear employees talking about each other in other rooms. Loud employees, calling each other names and Derogatory words. Don’t use this facility. Please go somewhere else and they will take your money. If you ask for a supervisor nobody available, office manager is never there , she must have a job that requires her to be home. And let me not get on the medical records department, a mess. Dr Veltri and Lance have taken great care of our family - helping us get through various soccer and other sport injuries over the past 10+ years. We have always found their offices to be run professionally and we have always received excellent service.
