Frustrating scheduling experience. I called a about 7 months ago, and they requested notes from my previous surgery, claiming it needed to be mailed over in a CD, no other options. The representative on the phone was rather rude about it as well when I asked if they would be able to reach out to my previous provider and get that information themselves, or if I could send it another way. Love this office and staff; nothing but 5 star service before and after my TKR (Total Knee Replacement) A busy practice, as especially DR Greenleaf and staff are excellent; but never fail to get back to you! Having best Orthopedist and results; totally worth a tiny occasional wait!
Actually less than one star! I was sent to this clinic by Providence for a knee joint problem and was given a shot of Cordisone and all was well and they had me come back about 10 days later for an injection of Gel solution in the same joint so it would last a long time but they had me sign a release about 2 minutes before the injection and I should have know what was coming. I could not open my right hand at all the next morning and all of my joints hurt. I was having a systemic reaction to the Gel and the doctor did admit ... read more
Go to the tigered clinic the Wilsonville clinic doesn't even know their address. I live in saint helens Oregon I ended up wasting 3 hours of my life that I will never get back. FYI everybody the address on Google is there old address. And if you call them and say I'm at your old address how do I get to your new address. They talk very robotically like you're stupid and continue to give you the wrong address.
