got me in asap on a tricep tear not a fan of doctors, but these guys made it easy. 10/10 experience.
Not really shocked by the recent bad reviews of this place. I felt a great lack of concern with the doctor. Seems like just a quick pay out from insurance working with these guys.
I'm surprised by all the negative reviews. I appreciated their very direct approaches to things. I didn't find any of them rude at all, but I guess I could see how others might think some of the staff is cold? I just found them to be very efficient. I saw Dr. Anthony I believe. I didn't have a lot of opportunity to ask questions while he was explaining things, but he ended up being so thorough that I really didn't need to when he was done. Frustrating scheduling experience. I called a about 7 months ago, and they requested notes from my previous surgery, claiming it needed to be mailed over in a CD, no other options. The representative on the phone was rather rude about it as well when I asked if they would be able to reach out to my previous provider and get that information themselves, or if I could send it another way. Love this office and staff; nothing but 5 star service before and after my TKR (Total Knee Replacement) A busy practice, as especially DR Greenleaf and staff are excellent; but never fail to get back to you! Having best Orthopedist and results; totally worth a tiny occasional wait!
