Giving this 1 star because I shouldn't have to manage the emotions of my care provider. Started off great and eventually got to root of my issue, however I missed two appointments, which was my bad and for which I apologized profusely and paid the no show fee. Should be all good right? Nope, Dr Ponds ego was clearly hurt and he began to make veiled insulting/threatening comments to compensate the perceived slight. Appears to be on the juice, if hes not this is a compliment, if he is it should make you question the prioritiza... read more

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Skylar W. Pond at Sports Medicine Northwest. After being hit by a car over a year ago, I had been living with constant back pain that affected my sleep, my daily life, and my hope of ever feeling normal again. I had tried many different treatments and even spinal decompression before, but nothing truly helped. I honestly started to believe this pain was something I would just have to live with. From the moment Dr. Pond took me in, everything changed. He genuinely listened to my story... read more

Dr. Pond is a miracle doctor. My neck and my shoulder have been pain for years. My left arm cannot be moved to my back and at night it hurts more when I lay on my bed. I seen him once per week for six months. All of my pain disappeared. Before I see him, I have sciatic nerve pain on my back right leg. I have been pain for few months. After I see Dr. Pond a few times, my sciatic nerves pain is getting better from time to time. After six months, my sciatic nerve pain is left only 30%. He is very kind and understanding of my bu... read more

I give this 2 stars only because he does seem knowledgeable but made a bad judgement call. This is a heads up to everyone wanting to try the Ring Dinger. This procedure set me back in so many ways. First of all, it’s not covered by insurance, they didn’t tell me that. So I got hit with $200 bill after my visit. Second, terrible experience with the ring dinger technique. This was my first initial visit in the office and I won’t be going back. I went in for a herniation and to learn about PRP, the ring dinger and everything el... read more
