I’ve been seeing Dr. J for years through multiple sports injuries, pregnancies, and all the random everyday aches and kinks. She is without a doubt the best chiropractor in the area. She’s friendly, personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and always has suggestions for how to actually help whatever root issue you’re dealing with. Dr. Pond saved my back. I had Spondylolesthesis (L4) + L4/L5 narrowing discs, to the point where it wasn't just chronic low back pain anymore.
