I’ve been seeing Dr. Pond at Sports Medicine Northwest for years, and he’s helped me through multiple injuries, from back issues to an ACL recovery. As someone who trains jiu-jitsu, my body has taken a beating, and Dr. Pond has always gotten me back to moving strong and feeling aligned again. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about long-term recovery, not just quick fixes. Highly recommend him and the whole team top-notch care every time.

I can’t recommend Dr. J at Sports Medicine enough! I first came to see her after pulling my lower back so badly I could barely walk. Within weeks, thanks to her detailed treatment plan and routine, she literally fixed me. I’ll never forget that first visit, by the end of it, she had me touching my toes, which felt like a miracle at the time. My first impression with this clinics scheduling team isn’t good. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago to establish myself as a new client, and while Reilaghi was a joy to speak with on the phone, she said my appointment was confirmed and my insurance info I provided was saved, but the appointment itself wasn’t actually saved. These guys are the absolute best! I went in with pretty rough back pain and Skylar knew exactly what to do to fix it. Shannon is a fantastic massage therapist the front desk staff is so friendly and fun. I feel 100% confident and everything they do there.
