Great facility and easy to get to. Kelsie was really helpful with my knee issue. Very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend seeing her for any sports related injury.
I had a recent sports injury (rotator cuff) from Squash which was continuing to nag me after 4 months of healing. I went to NSM to have it looked and see if there was anything I could do to improve my mobility and speed of recovery. Kelsie was fantastic and was able to diagnose my issue and help me recover quicker with tailored exercises and regular support. I'm now back to normal and playing 2-3 times a week because of her help. Highly recommend!
Kelsie was very professional and has worked on my injured shoulder. I play volleyball 2-3 nights a week and she has let me have tremendous relief. She is currently also treating my lower back to help me strengthen it. Highly recommend her!
