Lack of compassion and professionalism by Dr Perez. Ignoring patients pain and time. Put in room, nothing for 45 min. Walked out and rescheduled with another. Check on your patients when you’re too busy for them

Tried calling and the guy just keep saying hello I asked if he could hear me and just keep saying hello
Remove that weird guy at the phone. I thought it was a machine but then he started talking like a joke.
