Heloise is an exceptional physiotherapist! While on an expedition together to do 200+ miles on foot (run/walk/limp/crawl), I had really nasty pain in my left hip in day 2! Needless to say, this was a very bad start for me. After a swift 5 minute assessment and massage (read torture) in which I screamed like a little girl, my left hip was magically restored.
