I was able to get in relatively quickly for a significant knee issue. After seeing the doctor, I was also able to get fitted for a Custom knee brace. After the payment was finalized, the knee brace came within a week. All in all a positive experience
Dr. Fortier has poor bed side manners. He accused me of being persistent because I was asking questions. Wouldn't any mother trying to help their son who's been in pain for weeks be asking questions?! When I asked for copy of my son's blood work, he told me I was taking advantage of the health care system because I didn't want to book an appointment with my family doctor to get it.
