My son's therapist, Sean, is great. Clear, concise and knowledgeable. Five stars. The Asian front desk receptionist, Emmy, has the biggest attitude problem. She should be fired. I asked if we could add some more sessions for my son. She said to ask our therapist. Seeing that I sighed and was frustrated she started to rattle off information to me. Hello everyone, We visited this place for the first time three months ago and the experience was unpleasant. The people at the reception have a quite negative attitude. We arrived at the place and the receptionist told us to go outside to fill out the forms and then she said that she had told us that there was no place to sit, she spoke in a low tone and reluctantly as if she was upset about something... The physical therapists were very through, informed and kind. I saw many specialists who could not give me the same care. I had multiple injuries and the therapists i saw were very aware of each specific issue. My cousins and friends have all gone to the Sport Medicine Center at Children's and only have good things to say. My family unanimously agrees that our only mistake was that we didn't come there sooner.
