I was very satisfied. Very calming and relaxed. Also very helpful for stretching exercises at home. Very professional and felt like she cared about what my needs were.
Tanisha was amazing! She found all my tight spots, even some I didn’t even know were tight! She used a wonderful combination of stretching and deep pressure to release the tension I was feeling. Highly recommend and I will be back for sure! Thanks so much!!
