Tanisha provided the best Massage that I have had in over a decade. She combines numerous modalities of massage technique, a strong understanding of anatomy and the Physical Strength to release any trigger point. She worked on my right shoulder for almost an hour. Systematically going through each muscle of the rotator cuff, then releasing my lat, trap and finally my pectoral and tricep muscles. Wow! Tanisha is simply incredible. I came in with knee pain as an endurance runner. She is so knowledgeable and skilled, I was in awe. I could never have imagined what a difference sports massage could make. This felt like a workout that my body needed as an athlete to progress. I will absolutely be back. Kim hit the spot! In the best way for a massage therapist to do so! Kim made me feel very comfortable and was very professional & knowledgeable about the muscular structure/system. I have a history of back issues for over 25 years now. Kim listened intently and offered the type of massage she thought would relieve said issues.
