Booked an appointment with Jenna for some targeted therapy on my right shoulder blade, trap and neck for pain and severe tightness. She asked all the right questions, and went above and beyond to make sure she addressed the issues I was having. Walked out with less tension and pain, but also that good sore feeling when things become unstuck and are ready to heal. 10/10, will be booking another appointment soon!
Excellent sports massage. Jenna found areas that needed attention and took care of them very well. As a marathoner who does 6 or more marathons a year, I often find myself stiff or lacking flexibility after a race. I will be visiting again!
Absolutely recommend this place. I’ve seen Tanisha twice now and this girl is an expert. I’ve been having shoulder and back issues and she knows just what to do to get me feeling better. She’s also super funny, kind and plays great music. Thanks Tanisha!

Great therapeutic massage. Was way more than a basic massage. She incorporated several different massage techniques into one going deep into neglected areas releasing and healing my soreness. Will be going back!
