Rude, horrible customer service. Communication is none existent. 10/10 do Not recommend
⭐☆☆☆☆ I do not recommend this collision center. Their prices are already high, but the customer service at pickup made the experience even worse. When I picked up my vehicle, it was returned with 0 miles to empty on the gas tank. Not “low”—literally zero miles remaining. When I pointed it out, the employee simply said, “Oh, it’s low on gas,” as if that was acceptable. Sports & Imports Collision did perfect work on my car. The repair was flawless, the car looks exactly like it should, and the whole process was handled professionally from start to finish. I'd recommend them to anyone. Bryanna Williams and Ken Marion were the people I worked with, and both were great. They kept me informed throughout, answered every question patiently, and went out of their way at pickup, even arranging for my rental car to be collected so I didn't have to deal with it. Ask for either of them.
Worst place to take your car. Just because they are "certified" doesn't mean they provide quality service. Be extremely careful before signing any paperwork. They have a way of making everything sound reasonable at first and will tell you that any additional costs will be minimal. However, once the work is done, you may end up with a much larger bill than expected. The biggest issue is the lack of transparency and communication. I had my Mercedes hood repaired at my cost and they did a great job, on time, and for the exact price estimate. They also completed as scheduled. I would certainly use them again but hope I don't need to....
