The operator and finance team make it a unenjoyable process of having a car. When I went to buy the car I was unexperience d and wasn't giving the proper information and then a week later I was basically extorted by the finance manager with all the new rules and billing codes. After a non-payment they shut the car off, so it could be as early as 5:00 Friday. You could get your car shut off. That's what time people receive their checks.
