Very disappointed with my visit today. I went into the Clark Street store to by a FitBit for my wife as a present. When I went to pay for it I presented the young man at the register with a SA coupon for $20 off a $100 purchase. After several attempts to use the coupon, he asked a Female co-worker whose name tag read "nowway" could she help. When she said it would not work I asked her to summon a manager to help out.
