I was extremely satisfied by the sessions at ATI (formerly Sports and Physical Therapy). I initially went in with a problem of a ruptured Achilles Tendon. My first session was an evaluation where I could barely do any of the exercises. After my second session I could start seeing some improvements. The sessions at the beginning had me start with a heating pad to get ready. My last session had me on an exercise bike for the warm-up.
