It is always a very pleasurable experience at this office. Key person that gives extra excellent customer service is Receptionist Kasandra Hemans. She went out of her way to ensure the check in process goes well and she is so kind. Dr Gupta is always an amazing physician and I am so glad his staff is just as awesome.

Difficult to get ahold of someone on the phone. They book way too many appointments in one day. My appointment was at 9:15 (they open at 8:30). I didn’t see someone until almost 11:30. On top of that I didn’t even see the doctor, I saw the nurse practitioner (I booked my appointment with Dr Gupta). I needed paperwork completed to go back to work and the office originally told me it would be at least a week. This doctors double bills-Be careful this doctor will keep sending the same bill over and over again, even if you paid already. You will get the same bill in the mail over and over again, a true headache. The "billing" department will not pick up the phone.

Excellent care provided by Dr. Gupta and his support staff. Highly recommend for shoulder injury.

Long wait. Staff can't seem to bill properly. I paid my co-pay at the appointment. I have the receipt and they keep sending me a bill for my co-pay. It is becoming harassment and they will not correct their records! Stay away! Save yourself a headache. It has been years since I went to this office. They just started sending me bills from 2019. I always paid my bill when I was there.... Anyway I paid it in June 2022. They are still sending me the same bill saying I didn't pay. I can't make this up!
