Great Surgeon and Physician's Assistant I had surgery for a broken fibula under the able hands of Amy Wasserman three weeks ago. She fixed me! She was gentle, kind, and knowledgeable. Her PA Kris is terrific, too. I am healing well, with no pain after a week or so, no narcotics after the first day, no infection, and much gratitude. Great service. I felt like a human being and not a bother.
Dr. Wasserman misdiagnosed me Dr. Wasserman treated me for over a year for a pulled tendon. She was to the point of recommending surgery, with a 3 month recovery, after one year of no improvement. Upon going to 2 other surgeons for 2nd and 3rd opinion I was immediately directed to a neurologist where I was then diagnosed with motor neuron disease. This was a far cry from a pulled tendon.
