I saw Dr Buss for a possible shoulder issue. He performed rotator cuff and tendon surgery on me in 1999 after a ski accident. Since that time I have never had a problem, and regained full use of my right shoulder and arm. This time I saw him for a left shoulder issue. He suspected it was a neck problem, after initial X-rays. Additional X-rays proved him correct. In around 30 minutes I left with a plan.
