The best PT experience I could’ve asked for. I went in for a sprain in my knee and felt better after the first few sessions. Appointments are never rushed, which I feel like is hard to find in the healthcare industry. Elizabeth, Ben, and Tim all take the time to see how I’ve improved from the last session and tried new approaches (dry needling, massage, Theragun, etc.). Glad I’m not injured anymore, but genuinely enjoyed my time at Sports and Ortho!!
This is the best physical therapy group I’ve ever found. The therapists do a thorough assessment, and target key parts of the body with effective, hands-on treatment methods. They also provide excellent guidance for exercises to do at home that promote recovery and the maintenance of progress. I recommend them highly!
Amazing team of Elizabeth and Ben at Sports Ortho in Lincoln Park! They provide excellent PT, beneficial exercises, both in-house and on-line! They’re kind, terrific motivators, and are positive to the core. I am always impressed by how fast my healing goes, under their care! Recommend to all my family and friends. 10 out of 10 stars!

From the initial consult phases to the final therapy sessions, you are treated with the utmost respect but at a casual vibe that makes things comfortable by some of the most consummate therapists and staff you could imagine. Elizabeth was awesome. I had shoulder issues for about 9 months. I worked with her and her team for 2-3 months and now my shoulder is feeling back to normal. Everyone there was great and super friendly.
