RecommendedOn a trip from N.B., Canada to Lake George/Lake Placid I noticed I had a badly worn front tire. after several attempts at getting some last minute ite assistance, I went to Sportline and was greeted like a valued customer the moment I went in the store. All staff provided courteous and friendly service! After only 45 minutes, I left with new tires and very appreciative of their assistance! Thanks again Sportline!

The people who work there are very helpful and nice
Took 2 days to do a 5 hour job, took bike back for tire install, went well, got home to check my oil and they busted my seat lock! Can’t check my oil, or get to my battery. Very disappointed,now what pay to get them to fix my seat lock? Or pay someone else! I’ll be going there tomorrow to talk to whomever is in charge, and that will be the last of my business they will ever see.

Poor customer service. They do anything they can to avoid honoring warranties. While they are figuring out a "way" to help you they leave your product out in the weather for months at a time, just to later inform you they are useless and can't repair your machine.
