The parts department is the best, I like Kawasaki bikes from the early 80s or older so by this time every part is a wild goose chase. Every one of those guys steps up to the challenge every time.

Very poor customer service. Tom is cool but his brother wrecks the shops reputation. He surprises you with huge bills and is an arrogant dick who likes to laugh in your face. Never been so disappointed in a shop in my life. Very poor job and overpriced. If you can't afford the bill you are surprised with he will just laugh at you and do nothing to help out. And make sure you pay attention to your bill cause they with charge you for stuff they didn't do or they will through stuff on that you didn't need. Never again!
My new Yoshi pipe and Power Commander are awesome. Incredable boost to the low end power. Great service, thanks.
