We've been going to Sporting Smiles for the last 8 years and have loved the care and flexibility the office has shown us. The dental assistants are wonderful with my kids and make them feel so comfortable. Dr. Nirali Mehta is the absolute BEST! She's warm, knowledgeable and gentle with my children's teeth. Love this practice.
Ok, so I’m not usually one to make posts like this, but the upset mama in me needs to share the experience that I just had at Sporting Smiles Pediatric Dentistry Gainesville VA. I took my two sons, ages 3 and 6 for a routine appointment. My 3 year old went first and was getting his cleaning done. Mid-way through the hygienist stops and tells me they have a 1 parent 1 patient policy and that my 6 year old had to leave and wait in the waiting room. I order my retainers from them all the time, considering the fact that I’m a little careless with them and irresponsible . I’m working on that . They’ve helped me a lot in the ordering process and Shannon and Emily have been great in assisting me as well . All their other colleagues have great attitudes as well , I will continue on ordering from them , hopefully I’m ordering for someone else & not myself lol.
Disappointed with Billing Practices Despite Decent Care The orthodontic care itself was fine, and the staff was generally courteous, but my experience was significantly soured by their billing practices.
