I am writing on behalf of a mentally disabled friend who spent $4000+250 for a warranty that was garbage. Said vehicle needed to have the transmission replaced within 25 days of the original purpose, the warranty covered only half of the cost and the owner would not make good on the rest of this. I am considering seeking legal options for him. Terrible business. makes me sick.
