A couple of weeks ago, I had an appointment with the facility manager Josh at Sport HQ to view and discuss renting indoor basketball court. When I arrived, the front desk told me the manager would be 40 minutes late, and later said he wouldn’t come at all. No one contacted me afterwards or apologized, even though I called and asked for rental information.
