After complex back surgery, California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy, in San Ramon, is in the process of improving my balance and strength. The receptionist , PT aides and therapists are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive in helping to achieve goals.
This clinic may be a good fit for low to moderately severe injuries or routine post-operative recovery. In my experience, the primary therapist typically spends about ~ 15 minutes per session on hands-on work, while the remaining exercises are overseen by aides who often assist multiple patients at once.
