I waited a month for my appointment, during which I received an evaluation and treatment. I was told the receptionist would call me back last week to schedule my follow-up, but I never heard back. Since then, I’ve been in significant pain and have called multiple times a day. I even went to the facility in person to schedule an appointment. This place sucks! Left multiple messages for follow up appt and no one calls back
The care that Franklin and his team provide is out of this world and has helped me get through the most painful injuries I’ve faced including chondromalacia, sciatica, and tendinitis. Franklin has always been there to listen to my concerns and formulate a rehabilitation plan to get me back on my feet and make every day as pain free as possible which has kept me coming back since 2022. I cannot recommend Cal Rehab and Sports Therapy highly enough! My experience there was truly exceptional. After suffering a shoulder injury from a fall a few months ago, I wasn't sure if I'd ever get back to lifting the way I used to. Tremendously helpful getting me back to full health and activities. Very caring. Excellent listening skills. Provide great advice. Outstanding rehab work by team every visit. I very highly recommend! Especially Roland is an outstanding at physical therapy and gives great exercises for me to do at club sport. Ty is fabulous at reception desk and appointment making!
