Unlike most my customer service experience with Sport Fishermans Center was very unpleasant. I went in to the parts department in search of parts for my 2003 boat. Upon talking with the unfriendly gentleman I was assured parts would take 10-14 days to arrive from the distributor. The funny part is he did not contact the distributor to check part availability or shipping options. How can someone "know" parts are unavailable for that long with out performing due diligence.
