Very unprofessional company. I ordered a softball bat and once it arrived, the company failed to mention there was an additional $190 USD owed upon delivery. I told the carrier to send the bat back because I was not paying that. Now, I am apparently still responsible for paying this additional delivery fee. At least they said in the future, they will be letting US customers know about the additional fee before the order due to my experience. I am glad I was a test rat for this company.
