RecommendedI’ve been going to Sport & Spine since June of this year, after being in a bad car accident. My back, neck & shoulder were pretty injured. I’m glad to say that each day keeps getting better, still a long road ahead of me, but I’m hopeful to get back to normal soon! Thank you Mary for being so kind, patient & understanding! Sport and Spine Physical Therapy is the absolute best place to go to for physical therapy. They are truly working to improve my back so that I have no pain. I can’t thank them enough for helping me!! I highly recommend this place!!
A year ago I was training for a 1/2 marathon with my daughter and had some strange knee pain above my knee that kept me from running at all. I saw Kelly and she diagnosed it right away. She did Graston on the area and gave me therapy to loosen my quads and strengthen my glute med. I have been doing these ever since and am happy to say that it allowed me to completed a 50K yesterday! I know I would not have been able to accomplish that had I not had to tools to keep my knees healthy! Thank you so much!
