update Mar 15, 2026 I am asked to email the director of operation but it took them more than a month to respond and i am never gonna see my money back even if i emailed so no thank you, you and every medical billing issue is waste of time. It's a mafia industry imho. They are untouchable... If you are serious, then reach me via call first and then we take it from there. bringing down rating to 1 star now.
