Office and personnel were very nice. However after my wife was seen and told she would require surgery it’s been downhill. They told her someone from scheduling would get a hold of her that day. It’s been a couple weeks and all she has gotten was a text to schedule and that phone number didn’t work. We have tried calling every number Google has to offer. The text also keeps asking her to schedule surgery on the wrong knee. So after over an hour trying to call to schedule we just decided to go somewhere else.
Doc Ikram is great, i went with my wife and we both has some pain issues. No problem there, all good feedback for doc. But, billing is horrible. i am charged for copay despite the fact i informed front desk i do not have co pay and insurance when billed, paid them and i only owed them half of the co pay and wife's treatment was even lesser than that. Called them and hoping they will fix it but based on my previous experience with med industry, they hardly budge.

I came here for knee problems that I was living with for far too long. Dr Berry and Margarit have gone above and beyond to help me through my knee replacement. I am beyond pleased with them and the whole staff there. Then the physical therapy has been amazing. Haley has helped me get back on my feet literally. She is very attentive and caring, listening to how I feel and pushing me to do my best and get through recovery. I recommend this place 10/10!!!
