These clinic is a scam. You go there for a psychotherapy (that btw brings no visible effects) and once you stop coming, they charge you for electronic devices that they supposedly provided (which they never did) and bill you monthly even if you stopped going there and found a different place. When you call to dispute that nobody wants to help. Front dest sends you to billing department and billing dep sands you to front desk. Watch your bills. Previa Health (their billing) never applies the amount you have already paid at the time of visit before sending the final bill to you. They always send the bill for payment without applying it and it will take at least 30 min or more on the phone to fix it. I wonder how many people end up overpaying due to this.

The ladies at the front desk were really nice.But some of the staff was straight up Rude un professional. I told them and they blamed it on my elderly GrandParents…The doctors were really nice, but they failed to tell me that they do not have a lift table for the elderly ..that can’t get up there and get down. Do not go there if you have elderly parents or Grandparents thank you
