My brief experience here was amazing. I walked in seeking a couple pointers in what to look for in a used BMW I was hoping to buy. I handed Stacy the print out of specs for the car and he gave me a thorough explanation of expectations/maintenance and went far beyond the call to EVEN write it all out for me for reference.
