had an amazing experience working with Nino. I originally came in with my Lexus and he gave me a great deal on a Tucson. Honestly, he was straightforward and really took care of me a few months ago. I bought my car from him from my daughter and I loved the way he treated us so I came back for another one same great experience the second time around thank you, Nino for your honesty your professionalism and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back. You know for the next one.
Had work done on my Venue. In my opinion, they did not fix the problem, if anything it is worse now. Charged me $875 for repairs. Then charged me an additional 3% for credit card. They did not tell me there was a charge for credit cards ahead of time and that they wouldn't take a check. This is not the first time I had issues at this service center.
Manager Bruce Miller and salesman Nino wasted my time with a bait-and-switch. I drove six hours round-trip, only for the vehicle price to jump from $61k to nearly $67k upon arrival, plus undisclosed fees (ceramic coating, nitrogen tires, Pulse system). They also severely lowballed my trade-in well below the KBB value, with false claims about its condition. I can’t tell you enough about Bruce Hayes! My parents just bought a new Palisade and he was AMAZING! We live in Virginia and when we are ready to buy our new Palisade we will drive to New Jersey and only buy from Bruce! Anyone who’s in the market to buy a Hyundai make sure you ask for Bruce!!!!!
