Had a great experience at Sport Hyundai. Jake made the car buying experience as fun as he could and was a pleasure to deal with.
Nino was great helped us with everything we needed and took the time to understand what we wanted.
I took my car here twice for transmission issues, but they couldn’t see what was wrong with it because it wasn’t giving them a code. I kept telling them what was going on, I even made a video of what the car was doing, sent it to their email like instructed. I don’t believe they even watched it. Now my car is stuck on the side of the road because it won’t accelerate. I was trying my hardest to figure out the issue before this happened and they could not help me.
Nino did an amazing job helping me get into a newer vehicle getting out of my lease. He was very patient with me very understanding polite young man not just a salesman asked me about my personal life. Had a great conversation with this kid. Highly recommend Nino for the next one.
This morning I brought my 2025 Ioniq 6 in for my 1st service (tire rotation, software update) plus I needed 2 spots (tree sap) removed from my roof which I couldn’t get off. Dominic at service was awesome as usual, and I walked away paying zero dollars! Dominic told me he was buying the detail guys lunch on him for removing the spots. Way to go Sports Hyundai! Fantastic place to buy a car and top notch service! Thinking of buying electric, absolutely LOVE my Ioniq 6! Very happy customer! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!
