Lucas is so welcoming. I was in town visiting family and needed a gym. He let me come in a few times and even coached me- all for a very reasonable rate. His dog Daisy is the gym mascot. People were friendly. Give him a try!
Great gym! Welcoming, effective, challenging. I’ve done only the strength & conditioning classes so far but I am looking forward for boxing this weekend. Definitely recommend 10/10. Let’s not forget the best part of it all: the sweetest dog. She is the star of the gym.

I have lost 50lbs. Such a warm welcoming group of people. Lots of modifications if you need to as well. Classes like, boot camp, strength, kick boxing, and regular boxing! Plus Luke the owner and main trainer is never pushy or screaming. My dog Daisy and I go all the time. I am glad I gave it a shot.
