I took my 2015 Jetta TDI to be worked on this week at the service center. I had been having trouble with the car lately, which happens with all vehicles of course. Thankfully I had Will Hudson as my Service Specialist. He explained what should to be done and why, what my options were, projected costs, etc… Will made me feel like part of the conversation, which I feel doesn’t happen often at auto mechanics. He gave me a really nice impression of Sports Durst and Volkswagen as a whole. Thank you, Will Hudson!
