So Taylor the sales manager or whoever she is has a very smart mouth very rude very unprofessional I now want to take my business elsewhere the way she was a smart ass was very unprofessional disgusting if she has a position there I definitely would not to give her the thought of a sale being how negative her mouth was
Rashawn at the Hyundai service center was very kind and helpful. I had previously had my 2015 s Sonata repaired at Southern States Hyundai in Raleigh, where I felt like I was overcharged and the car broke down again within a week. Rashawn made sure I didn't have to pay for that broken part a second time.
Five months ago my wife and I purchased what we were told was new old stock which was a 2023 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with 80 miles on it that was supposed to have been brand new. So we bought the vehicle. The buying process was the worst we've ever experienced. They kept trying to pad the bill with add ons that we didn't want and their monthly payment was 150 dollars a month more than we had figured.
