I want to specifically call out Mike, the service advisor with Sport Durst Hyundai I worked with today for addressing an ongoing problem I have had with a rattling tailgate. He understood my frustration with having to bring the car back several times for this problem and communcated effectively with the shop foremen to make sure this time the problem was fixed. Excellent customer service and work
we were reluctant to buy a car basically online. Sport Durst Hyundai were nice enough to come and deliver the car for us to try out and make the purchase seamless. They were very upfront about the price and they were no hidden fees and charges compared to other dealerships. We did have some minor issues with tires, but Evan Dubois took care of that matter professionally and quickly to our complete satisfaction. Buying experience was great, workmanship of service department is great, but had a terrible customer service experience with service.
