I had such a great experience with this dealership. I gave a very vague description of the car I was looking for and Aaron found the perfect fit! He worked with me for hours and got me a great deal with all of the qualities I wanted and more. The process was easy and as pain-free as possible and the car was thoroughly cleaned when I left with it. Highly recommend the dealership in general, but I specifically recommend working with Aaron!
I have been dealing with Sport Durst Hyundai since December 30, 2025, and have visited the dealership at least six times. Every single visit ended with me leaving without a car. On January 29, 2026, I returned after being told there was a vehicle available and a bank willing to work with my situation. Based on that assurance, I took a Lyft to the dealership using money I could not afford to waste. I'm very dissapointed at the experience I had with the Durst Huyndai service manager in Durham. I recently made the last payment on my 2016 Huyndai Tucson after 7 years and I was feeling so relieved. My car had 150,000 miles and was still running great. Then I made the mistake of getting my oil changed at the wrong place and ran low on transmission fluid after a 1000 mile round trip.
