Jake was awesome. The General Sales Manager, Max Fours was very attentive and transparent in service. No buyers regret here. I would recommend Sport Durst Jeep in Durham if your in the market for a vehicle try this location.
My daughter was sent one of their scam flyers that makes its it look like I won $100 cash but in reality, it's a trick and when you get there you get cheap headphones instead. I can't imagine ever buying something from a place that shady.

I am torn over this rating. David my salesperson deserves a 5-star rating. He always cane out to greet me when I arrived, was responsive, and went above and beyond to get answers and help. The dealership was clean and staff friendly. No complaints there. However, my chief complaint is that after I signed all the paperwork and took possession of my vehicle, I opened the doors to the truck and the mopar rubber mats that were supposed to be included along with the carpeted mats were gone. The flyer promotions are a scam. Don't waste your time going in to get what you "win" they will pull out the super tiny print that states even though it says you win, you didn't win what matched the flyer. You can clearly see it says I won $100 but according to their fine print, I got earbuds. Based on this scammy tactics, I will not be shopping here ever.
