These guys have literally left me hanging from DAY 1. I purchased a product from them, Order #97000 on May 20th...it's now June 16th! Received box 1 of 2. Box 1 looked as though it had been rolled down a mountain (I have pictures). Called SCW to let them know box 2 is missing and that I have placed a deposit with the installer and that I need it by a certain date. On December 31, 2020 I ordered a transmission crossmember. It was supposed to be delivered no later than Thursday, January 7. I got an email saying my package was delivered, however, it was not. I contacted them and they said they would start a trace on the package. Then they tried to get me to set up an account and give out my personal information to a third-party company in order to track my package. Worst company ever... EVER. Advertised the part I wanted, with a picture, with a disclaimer “Please note. Some images may not represent the actual product”. I order A SPECIFIC PART WITH A SPECIFIC PART NUMBER... they send me a different part and with a DIFFERENT PART NUMBER. It takes them 5 days (including the weekend) to address my complaint.
