What a waste of time. Booked online with “Courtney“ and showed up 20 minutes ahead of my appointment. Duly waited until my name came “on deck“. Waited another seven minutes only to look up and see that I now had an 18 minute wait. “Courtney” had decided to take a walk-in who showed up five minutes earlier instead of me who had booked and been waiting half an hour.
