Friendly staff but you cant get a haircut without creating an account and i am no longer supporting businesses that require a user account to access the most basic of their services, such as getting a simple haircut. I understand wanting to automate the process to make things easier but as a consumer its endlessly frustrating to have 1000 accounts for the most mundane things such as getting a haircut. Always a great haircut at Spot Clips Orillia! The staff is very friendly and well trained. The online check-in portal is helpful as I drive from the Huntsville area to get my hair cut.
