Did the online check-in, showed up on time. Brandi skipped over me for another guy who was 21 minutes after me (according to their board). Said another girl was about ready to take me. Other girl finished her client then proceeded to clean and vacuum after Brandi had spent 5 minutes sweeping the space (obviously killing time to ensure she could take the other guy waiting behind me). Been coming to this business since they opened but last two experiences have been unimpressive. Won’t be back.
Great and efficient service. The MVP service is fantastic.
