I don’t normally leave reviews at places and I don’t normally go to Sports Clips because they could never get it right when I was stationed in Texas but it was the best i could get. I am visiting for a funeral and I was skeptical about walking into another Sports Clips. I have to say Shanna was outstanding. Very friendly and professional. I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!! My daughter is disabled and in a wheelchair. We are always greeted by name and Ravyn always gives my girl the BEST haircuts!!!
Took my son for a hair cut and he left with a missing eyebrow! When the lady (Erica) was asked what happened to his eyebrow? Her response was "O, it was like that when he got here". Are you kidding me? She made a mistake and then lied about it and blamed it on my son. My son and husband will never return there again, not with customer service like that.
Went in with my three boys. My 4 year old with autism had a very rough time with being in there and the sensory demands of getting a hair cut, the staff was AMAZING made a hard experience the best it could be. Thank you so so much for your kindness it means the world to our family
