It is my day in Denver, I come from California In this branch of sport clip, the employee was so rude, They were inattentive and didn't notice at all. I waited inside for about 50 minutes, but the employees don't care about the customer at all !!!! I finally said that I had been waiting so long, and she said that it was okay !!!! This branch should understand, how to speak with customer!
Rebecca is our preferred stylist at this location and she has done an awesome job working with both of my children! She has great customer service and always is welcoming and personable!!
The stylist are all mostly pretty good, i have gotten really good hairciuts here before but the manager is rude to her employees and is the most unskilled hair stylist I have encountered in my life. She ruined my hair when my stylist was trying to do my hair the manager just intervened and started cutting my hair even though I said I felt more confortable with my stylist cutting my hair and I asked her why she wouldnt just let the stylist do a good job when the manager wasnt, then she replied with "this is just training". This sports clips is simply the best than the rest. I’m here every other week. I’m always taken with the best care, and time.
Rebecca has been cutting my hair for over two years and is still my go to stylist! She does a great job, and is great to talk to. I will definitely be back!
